Lon Meader D.M.D.
Dr. Meader did his undergraduate studies at the University of Kentucky in Biology. He did his graduate studies at the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry Doctor of Dental Medicine and graduated in 1990. He did his general practice residency at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, OH.
Dr. Meader served in the service as a Lt. Cmdr. in Public Health Service for four years earning the commissioned officers award. His first duty station was at Ramah New Mexico-Navajo Reservation. The second duty station was at Cherokee North Carolina, Cherokee Hospital.
Dr. Meader received Dental School - Outstanding Student Clinician's Award (American Student Dental Association). He represented UK College of Dentistry in national student research competition at annual American Dental Association meeting.
Dr. Meader was involved with the publication of a 20 year retrospective study about cephalometric evaluation of changes in edentulous patients.
Outside the office, Dr. Meader currently coaches U-18 boys soccer and holds F&E coaching licenses.
Melanie Sagun Crisostomo, R.D.H.
Melanie graduated from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia in 2006 where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene.
Melanie has worked with Meader Family Dentistry since 2009. She works to help patients achieve and maintain optimum oral health while maintaining patient comfort.
In her time off, she enjoys going to the gym, reading, and traveling with her husband.
Jenni Bradshaw, R.D.H.
Jenni graduated from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia in 2011 where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene.
Her main goals as a dental hygienist are to help patients understand the importance of optimum oral health as well as help guide patients to achieve and maintain optimum oral health.
In her time off she enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking care of her dog and going to the gym.
